Last Week of MTC!!!

Good morning everyone! I hope everyone is doing well! This week has been amazing!! We only have about 3 more days here, which is CRAZY, and then we're off to Thailand!!

This week I've been thinking a lot about my family. Growing up, they always taught me to be the first ones to start working and the last ones to leave. I learned to always "ask for your next job" until the work was completed. Whether it is doing service projects, cleaning up ward activities, or working on the playhouse, we always strive to follow that motto.

In the Book of Mormon, the brother of Jared and his family were living in a place called Moriancumer. They had put a lot of work into building up their home there, and they were very comfortable and content. After 4 years of living there, the Lord spoke to the brother of Jared and asked him why he "remembered not to call upon the name of the Lord".

The Lord always has more work for you to do! We can't just sit in our comfortable lives. We need to ask for our next job!

I promise that if you ask the Lord sincerely, He will tell you what's next. You will be able to become who He needs you to be if you are truly เต็มใจ!!

Character of Christ
One of the most Christ-like examples in my life is my sister Hailey. Hailey is two years older than me and she returned home from her mission about a year ago. Her example is one of the biggest reasons I decided to serve a mission. One of the Christlike attributes I see in her is knowledge. Hailey is very aware of herself and her strengths and weaknesses. She is so humble, and because of that, she is constantly learning. I really admire that about her, and I admire how she reminds me of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is always humble. Everything He does is for the benefit of others, and Hailey follows His example so beautifully. I love you, Hailey! Thank you for being my best friend!

I love you all! Thank you for all of the support!

Next time I write, I'll be in Thailand!
