Sister Macey Karen South - 2025-2026 Mission

Hello everyone!! I have officially been in Thailand for 1 transfer, which is 6 weeks! I am now in Bangkae with Sister Thana, and she is the best!! I LOVE IT HERE This week, our beloved prophet, President Russel M. Nelson, passed away. I am very grateful for the love that he showed for all of God's children through his peace. This week, we have the opportunity to hear from many leaders of our church, and I am excited to hear how the Lord has prepared them for this time of change.  I challenge you all to specifically listen for the invitations extended and the promised blessings that come when we follow these invitations.  I love you all so so much and pray for you often. This week has been amazing!! We've seen so many miracles and so many fruits from our labors! Yesterday we had 15 friends come to church!! The Lord really is preparing people to receive this gospel, and I feel so blessed to be a part of it. He is so patient with my efforts and errors. And He is constantly looking for ways to bless us!  One thing I have learned this week is the importance of kindness. One thing that drives away the spirit the fastest is harshness and impatience. Our friend พี่ดับ (Dap) came to church yesterday for the first time! There was so much going on, and we had so many people to talk to that I was scared she would feel lost or lonely. Luckily, the members in our Branch are AMAZING and helped her feel included and loved. This was such a simple act, but their kindness brought the spirit in such a special way that helped her feel God's love. God's love is such a special gift!
