Jesus Christ Knows You!!

Hellooooo everyone! I hope your week has been amazing!

Being a missionary is truly such a special opportunity. But that doesn't mean it's not hard! I am finding that the hardest times bring the most rewarding joys. 

This week, I was pushed spiritually, physically, and mentally. But I can already tell the difference in my strength. It is amazing how the Lord always knows exactly how to help you grow stronger. 

I feel like I have already changed so much in these past two weeks!! I am so grateful to have a Savior who knows my capabilities and who helps me become the daughter of God I want to be. He knows each and every one of us individually, and He is always, always, always proud of the people we are becoming. 

Jesus Christ loves you! And I do too ;)

My mom is one of the most Christ-like people I know. Knowing her helps me know my Savior better. My mom always chooses the harder right (even if it means seeing her daughter struggle on a mission). She understands the blessings that will come from my experiences and all that I will learn. Experience, growth, and wisdom do not come cheap! My mom knows this and is willing to make these sacrifices for the benefit of my growth and my eternal well-being. This is just how Jesus Christ is! He loves us so much, and it is hard for Him to watch us struggle. But He allows us to have experiences so we can grow and have eternal joy. We are on earth to have experiences!! Thank you, Mom, for teaching me this lesson through your example. I love you so so much!!

Last Week of MTC!!!

Good morning everyone! I hope everyone is doing well! This week has been amazing!! We only have about 3 more days here, which is CRAZY, and then we're off to Thailand!! This week I've been thinking a lot about my family. Growing up, they always taught me to be the first ones to start working and the last ones to leave. I learned to always "ask for your next job" until the work was completed. Whether it is doing service projects, cleaning up ward activities, or working on the playhouse, we always strive to follow that motto.  In the Book of Mormon, the brother of Jared and his family were living in a place called Moriancumer. They had put a lot of work into building up their home there, and they were very comfortable and content. THAILAND!!

Helloooo from Thailand!! I am so sorry I don't have a lot of time today, but I will try to send a longer email next week! It's official! I got here last week, and it's been crazy but so so good! My trainer's name is Sister Skidmore and she is absolutely AMAZING! I am so so blessed to be with her, and she knows literally everything haha. I am so excited to learn from her! I am in Hua Hin and I LOVE the people here! The hardest part has been the culture shock. But I have found so much comfort in the Spirit! "for the Spirit is the same yesterday, today, and forever." - 2 Nephi 2:4 No matter where we are, the spirit and the gospel are the same for all of God's children. I have never been more grateful for this truth, but I know that the gospel of Jesus Christ is the only way to find true peace because His Spirit is consistent and constant.  I love you all!! Hello everyone!!  I wanted to thank you all for the thoughtful emails you sent me this week. They completely turned my week around and helped me feel so much love and positivity. I am so incredibly blessed to have friends and family like you supporting me while I am gone. Thank you for following the promptings of the Spirit. What may have seemed like small gestures to you were huge miracles in my life. Thank you for being such amazing examples to me! I love you all!! This week has been a rollercoaster! But so so good!! I love my district more and more every day, and it is so hard to imagine being a missionary without them.
