Heavenly Father Knows Us!!

This week has been amazing! I am finding more and more joy in missionary service everyday and I love it here so much!! 

This is ซิสเตอร์อร (Sister On) and she is so amazing! We met her a few weeks ago when an Elder in our area was contacting people who hadn't been reached out to in a while. We were able to go over to her house and help her move water. We discovered that she was a member! But she hadn't been to church in 10 years! She came to English class that night and brought such a special spirit. Since then, she has referred multiple people to us and is so involved with the ward! Heavenly Father's plan is so unique to each and every one of us. I believe that Heavenly Father fully knows the intentions of our hearts, and He sends help when we need it and are ready to accept it. I am so grateful for His gentle nature and care for His Children!


Character of Christ
This week I want to talk about my little brother Christian!! Christian is such an amazing example to me of faith. It feels like I just blinked and all of a sudden he was all grown up and had a rock-solid testimony and faith in Jesus Christ. One thing I admire about Christian is his focus. He is always focused on living righteously despite whatever his influences or surroundings might be. I have seen his actions inspire those around him, which, in my opinion, is true missionary work. Our Savior Jesus Christ is always focused on what is most important. Despite what anyone ever said or did to Him, He was focused on His relationship with Heavenly Father. Christian's example helps me understand Jesus Christ more accurately as I watch him seek for approval only from our Heavenly Father. Thank you, Christian, for being such a great missionary to me!! El Salvador is so so lucky!

Last Week of MTC!!!

Good morning everyone! I hope everyone is doing well! This week has been amazing!! We only have about 3 more days here, which is CRAZY, and then we're off to Thailand!! This week I've been thinking a lot about my family. Growing up, they always taught me to be the first ones to start working and the last ones to leave. I learned to always "ask for your next job" until the work was completed. Whether it is doing service projects, cleaning up ward activities, or working on the playhouse, we always strive to follow that motto.  In the Book of Mormon, the brother of Jared and his family were living in a place called Moriancumer. They had put a lot of work into building up their home there, and they were very comfortable and content. THAILAND!!

Helloooo from Thailand!! I am so sorry I don't have a lot of time today, but I will try to send a longer email next week! It's official! I got here last week, and it's been crazy but so so good! My trainer's name is Sister Skidmore and she is absolutely AMAZING! I am so so blessed to be with her, and she knows literally everything haha. I am so excited to learn from her! I am in Hua Hin and I LOVE the people here! The hardest part has been the culture shock. But I have found so much comfort in the Spirit! "for the Spirit is the same yesterday, today, and forever." - 2 Nephi 2:4 No matter where we are, the spirit and the gospel are the same for all of God's children. I have never been more grateful for this truth, but I know that the gospel of Jesus Christ is the only way to find true peace because His Spirit is consistent and constant.  I love you all!! Hello everyone!!  I wanted to thank you all for the thoughtful emails you sent me this week. They completely turned my week around and helped me feel so much love and positivity. I am so incredibly blessed to have friends and family like you supporting me while I am gone. Thank you for following the promptings of the Spirit. What may have seemed like small gestures to you were huge miracles in my life. Thank you for being such amazing examples to me! I love you all!! This week has been a rollercoaster! But so so good!! I love my district more and more every day, and it is so hard to imagine being a missionary without them.
